Limón is a fusion of 2 rich cuisines; allowing you to receive the best of both worlds. The cuisine is made possible by our Chef, a culinary genius and creator, under the supervision and consultation of our Managing Director, who has lived in Spain and been exposed to the Spanish culture for 15 years – he also had the coaching of a Spanish Chef in the Spanish element of Limón’s cuisine.
Nothing short of an authentic experience, you will certainly be in for a treat at Limón.
Even down to the interior, Limón ensures that its element is present in every aspect and detail. Each decorative item is carefully selected to represent the Spanish & Thai cultures such as the Guernica portrait by Pablo Picasso and the Abraham Lincoln’s portrait with a naked lady by Salvador Dali. The Thai sleeping Buddha can be found discreetly placed in one of the insets on the The Attic.
